Data and purposes
The request form currently implemented collects a name, email address, telephone number, selected camp and language. The application also keeps an identifier derived from the IP address for technical handling of the submission; that table does not store the plain IP address.
This data is used to respond to requests, manage contact about a camp and keep an internal record of requests received. The private administration area processes identity details needed to authorise staff access.
Lawful basis and retention
Responses to requests relate to the steps taken by the person contacting us. Some processing may be necessary to meet legal obligations, while other purposes may require specific consent. The exact lawful basis for each purpose must be confirmed before publication.
Data is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and, where applicable, for periods required by law. Specific retention periods or criteria remain to be approved.
Access and recipients
Authorised Handball Academy staff may access requests. Technical providers of hosting, databases or authentication may process data to deliver those services. The final list of providers, safeguards and any transfers must be confirmed before publication.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, email inscripcion@handballacademy.es and describe your request. If you believe the processing is inappropriate, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
